Yes all our meals are lab tested to ensure calories and macro nutrients are correct as per our labels so you can enjoy our meals with complete confidence.

We accept cash and card payment at our HQ. You can also order online via Click & Collect and have your payment made in advance of calling.

Yes our meals can be frozen for up to 6 weeks. However we do not recommend as it effects quality and flavour. Best eaten fresh.
